For a smooth process, we request our customers to videotape the unboxing, ensuring the product’s tags and the invoice are clearly visible. This allows us to quickly resolve any issues and maintain our high standard of customer care.

Our Return Guarantee:
You have a 5-day window post-delivery to return or exchange your order—no questions asked. Just send the item back to us. To qualify, ensure the product remains unused, as received, and in its original packaging (note that return shipping charges may be incurred).
Refunding Your Purchase:
Upon receipt of the returned item at our warehouse, we’ll kick off the refund process. Expect the funds back in your linked bank account within 10-12 working days.
Exchanging Your Item:
Choose an exchange for an item of equivalent value, or if your new pick is pricier, we’ll send a payment link for the balance. Should you opt for a less expensive item, we’ll refund the difference.
